Welcoming Our New 2024 Surgery Residents!

We are thrilled to welcome our new class of incoming residents to the UCSF Department of Surgery!
This diverse, accomplished group includes a total of 29 surgical interns, two returning preliminary general surgery PGY-2 residents, and one new categorical general surgery PGY-4 resident. All new residents officially begin residency, Friday, June 21st, 2024.
We look forward to working with our new colleagues and wish these new physicians all the best as they begin their training.
